Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center’s Office of Technology Development is a dynamic and innovative group responsible for managing the rights to all inventions resulting from research or from other developmental work conducted by MSKCC employees or with MSKCC resources. The OTD proactively interacts with MSKCC scientists to learn about and to evaluate new technologies that may have commercial potential. As appropriate, OTD seeks patent protection for such technologies, works with inventors to further their development and seeks licensees for the commercial development of such technologies.
