We identify and invest in new technologies AND fund science advancement initiatives with leading research universities to drive the innovations to market.
Company History
The facts: World population is expected to reach 9.7 billion people by 2050. Today, one quarter of the population suffers from malnutrition. Available land and water are diminishing, and cultural and economic changes are creating greater demand for meat – leading to need for more crops, feed and water, animal care.
Solutions will not come from traditional methods, plowing more land or raising more animals. Solutions will come from innovation.

Benefits
All regular, full-time employees of TechAccel, who work 30 hours/week on average, are eligible to participate in the group health and welfare plans, beginning on the first of the month following the employee’s start date. The selection of carrier(s) and coverage(s) made available and the level of premiums paid by the company and employee is at the discretion of TechAccel.
TechAccel offers employees the ability to contribute to a SIMPLE IRA plan. The company also contributes to the plan.
Paid Time Off is offered for employees to use at their discretion as vacation, sick time, personal time, etc. The PTO accrual begins the first full month of employment. The PTO accrual is based on a combination of one’s title and years of service with the company.
